Answers, including the ones that depend on the boat
Every answer here holds for every charter we run. Where the honest answer is “it depends on the unit and the date”, that is what you get — and the specific answer for your boat arrives in writing with your quote.
What exactly is included?
Your quote lists it line by line: the boat, the hours, the crew onboard, how fuel is handled, and every extra you add — catering, bartender, DJ, water toys. If a line is not in the quote, it is not included.
Where do we depart from?
The marina depends on the boat you choose. The exact dock, boarding time and parking notes are confirmed in writing with your booking — we do not publish a single address because not every unit leaves from the same place.
How many guests can we bring?
Tell us the group size first and we only propose boats licensed to carry it comfortably. Comfort capacity is usually lower than the maximum on paper, and we say so.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
On many boats yes; on others catering is arranged onboard. Glass, alcohol and rules for minors vary by unit, so the policy for your specific boat is confirmed before booking.
Are the jacuzzi, slide and jet ski always available?
No. They are offered on selected yachts and depend on the date, the sea state and the crew. When available they appear as a confirmed, priced line in your quote.
What happens if the weather turns?
Miami weather moves fast. We watch the forecast with the captain and agree options in advance: reschedule, keep the itinerary inside the bay, or shift the timing by a few hours.
Which languages do you speak?
English and Spanish. One person handles your charter from the first message to the last guest stepping off the boat.
Can we photograph or film onboard?
Yes, and we can arrange a photographer or videographer. For material we publish ourselves we ask for written consent from anyone recognisable.
Prices, capacity, departure marina, fuel, crew, gratuity and water toys are confirmed with your quote and never published as a blanket rule — every unit in the fleet is arranged for you rather than owned by us, and what is true for one boat is not automatically true for the next.
