More room for people and for what they are carrying. The usual choice when the day has more than one stop and nobody wants to split across two cars.

One vehicle instead of three, with the space to be comfortable on a longer run — the Everglades, Key West, a day that starts early and ends late.

Coach

A large party, a company, a wedding

For when the group is the whole point: a corporate day, a wedding party moving between venues, a tour that would otherwise need a convoy.

We describe the vehicles by size rather than by seat count. The same model exists in several configurations, and the exact number of seats depends on which vehicle is available on your date — so it is confirmed with your quote rather than printed here.

None of these carries a duration or a distance, because neither has been confirmed to us and both are the first thing a transfer page usually promises.

The cityWynwood and its walls, Calle Ocho and Little Havana, South Beach and the Art Deco front, Brickell, Bayside, Vizcaya, the lighthouse end of Key Biscayne. Which of them you see, and in what order, is decided with you rather than printed in advance.

The EvergladesOut of the city and into the sawgrass. Airboats, alligators, the birds. It is a day rather than an afternoon, and what is included at the park end is confirmed with your quote, not assumed here.

Key WestThe long drive down the keys, with water on both sides. A full day by any reckoning. Whether it makes better sense as a day trip or as an overnight depends on your group, and we will say which we think it is.

ShoppingThe malls, the outlets, Brickell City Centre and the Design District. A driver who waits rather than a meter running, so the day is not organised around getting back to a car.

DinnerGetting to the table and home again. We do not run the restaurants and we do not claim a table we have not booked — but we will say honestly which places suit the evening you describe.
